So here are some updates.

The year started out with a BANG! Kent broke his arm on the 23rd of December. Very bad compound fracture of the humerous (the bone in the upper arm). O.K. How he managed to do this. On our new Razor in fromt of our house. He hit a peice of black ice and then turned it on its side. Very minimal damage to the Razor, but he stuck his arm out and snapped the bone trying to catch the razor and himself. So to say the least, after much pain and surgery. Kent is now starting to get the strength back in his arm. A little slow going and the bone is not healing the best. He goes back this month to see if it is healing better.

Kailee switched schools and transferred from the charter school to the elementary. This has presented a few bumps in the road, but although we really didn't want her to switch, we felt like she needed to feel like she could make some decisions. So now that we have done this, she wants to switch back. Kent and I knew she would, but I think this whole process has helped her feel empowered. I think Kai has had some issues with feeling well, the youngest. Not old enough, but not young enough. So here we are trying to get her back into the charter school. And frankly for Kent and I this will be better for the timing of taking the kids to school and picking them up.

I just got called to help assist with Girl's Camp. I am really excited to be able to go to camp with Hailey. The theme this year is the olympics. Our ward is Italy. We are learning the theme and I am a child of god in italian. Very Fun!

Kalin is now in young men's and is always so excited to go to YM activities. I love this. He is so very cute - I am hopeing to stave of the girls. He is so responsible. A hard worker and has been helping Kent a lot. He got the priesthood in September. He was so excited.

Hailey has been playing Volleyball and Basketball this year. I really have enjoyed seeing Hailey become quite the athlete. It has really given her a lot of confidence. I am greatful to her head Coach, coach Riggs - she has really helped Hailey to shine. Hailey has a concert tonight, so htat will be fun.

Alexus has been on auto piolet. She was in her little school play - Romeo and Juliet. Her and her best friend Kelly. She did such a cute job. Lexy's birthday is coming up - she can't wait. She is hoping for a rip stick (a silver one).

Kent's buisness is doing great. I am so glad. He is such a hard worker and this broken arm has slowed him down just a titch - thats it.

We are planning trip back east to do some church history. We bought "The Big Red Blob" chicken, whatever you want to call it. Our good friends "The Jones's" will be going as well. The more we talk, the bigger the trip gets. I love working on this with the kids. It has been fun. We ordered shirts and we are getting a car song list that everyone will learn. Very Fun.
